The EPBA (Eastern Panhandle Bluegrass Assoc) has now begun Sunday jams in downtown Martinsburg, WV, beginning in January at the old train station in
downtown Martinsburg. The EPBA started a few months ago & is looking for new members and supporters. It serves the panhandle area: ie Winchester & Berryville, VA; Hagerstown, MD, etc.
